The Commercial Capital Broker Association was born out of a clear and pressing necessity—as the financial industry evolves, so too does the need for a strong, unified voice to advocate on behalf of brokers. In an era where regulatory challenges are mounting, and the interests of brokers might be sidelined, our association stands as a vital counterbalance, ensuring that the voices of brokers are not only heard but are influential in shaping the future.

Historically, brokers have lacked formal advocates or definitive leadership, leaving them vulnerable in an industry where fraud is rampant and ethical practices are not uniformly upheld. No existing association adequately addresses the comprehensive needs of all financial facilities nor operates with a focus solely on the interests of its members, free from the pursuit of profit.

The Commercial Capital Broker Association is different. We are staunchly member-driven and broker-focused, committed to prioritizing the needs and aspirations of our brokers above all else. We understand that an association should be broker-first, ensuring that their interests guide our actions and advocacy. Our secondary focus on conferences and events supports this primary mission, creating spaces for learning, networking, and growth that directly benefit our members. Make no mistake, conferences are second to advocacy.
